Tips for working out your bra size (you will need a soft tape measure):
- Find your band size - measure around the body right under the bust not over
- Find your cup size – measure around your bust with a bra on (not a padded or push up)

The sizing above denotes the Band Size (This is the measurement around the body under the bust). The small number is Francen sizing and the large number is European sizing (inches).

Example (Tina):
Band measurement = 34 inches – if under 38 inches we add 2 inches so Tina is a size 36
Bust measurement = 42 inches – we subtract the band from the bust measurement giving us 42-36= a difference of 6 inches
A cup = 1 inch difference
B cup = 2 inch difference
C cup = 3 inch difference
D cup = 4 inch difference
DD cup = 5 inch difference
E cup = 6 inch difference
Therefore, Tina is a 36E/14E
